Two all-grain brewing sessions during which a 10 gallon demonstration batch of beer will be made using a three tier brewery. Pump based mash recirculation will be demonstrated. Classes cover the theory of mashing, recipe design, beer math, infusion and decoction mashing, high gravity brewing, water chemistry, kegging and counter pressure bottle filling. Handouts are included. Beer will be tasted by those 21 years of age or older.
