11 lbs. Two-Row Lager Malt
1 lb 8 oz. Munich Malt
1 lb. 8 oz. Cara-Pils Malt
1 lb. 8 oz. Light Caramel 20 Malt
1 lb. Toasted Malt (20 min. @ 350 F)
8 oz. Medium Dark Caramel 60 Malt
8 oz. Dark Caramel 90 Malt
1/3 tsp. Gypsum
1 tsp. Chalk
1/3 tsp. Calcium Chloride
2 tsp Irish Moss
1/2 oz. Hallertau Hops (FW) 8.40 IBU
1/2 oz. Perle Hops (60 min. boil)
13.40 IBU
1 oz. Hallertau Hops (2 min. boil)
2.90 IBU
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for Priming
#2206, WLP830, or #2308 Lager Yeast
Mash: 90 minute infusion at 158 degrees F. with 4 1/2 gallons water. Sparge with 5 gallons 170 degrees F water. Remove FW Hops prior to boil.
