Production of hard cider is growing fast in Sonoma County. You too can make this delicious adult beverage at home! You can also prepare fresh, sweet apple juice for immediate consumption or freeze it to drink later. Come work with Bob on a Beverage People apple mill to grind and press 200 lbs. of apples into juice. Each participant will take home a quart of fresh juice and the rest of the batch will be set up for fermentation into hand cider. Come and learn the ins and outs of this exciting local product with plenty of time to prepare for Harvest 2017!
