| This mini-press is made with a cast aluminum press head and stainless steel struts. When used for cheese, it can press curd from up to 2 gallons of milk. The internal draining basket in perforated to allow for release of liquids, while the external drain pan has a small port where the liquid leaves the press through a hose. For a smaller mini-press, see mini-press WE56 or for a larger one see WE64. Overall dimensions about 9" w x 20" h (13 cm x 51 cm). Basket is 5 3/4" dia x 5 3/8" h (15 cm x 14 cm). Drain pan is 2.9 qt capacity (2.75 L). |
