Cheese Mold - Camembert, No Bottom (4.3 x 4.3 x 4.3). This cheese mold is made of food grade polypropylene plastic. It creates a larger cheese that CH51, which is an alternative choice for Camembert. In contrast to CH51 it has no bottom which makes flipping the cheese an easier process.
