How to Return Goods for Refund

All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.

Jane emailed a couple times to make sure my order was what I wanted and to tell me that a back order was expected in a couple days and should she hold the order until that was confirmed. It did come in and she let me know that the order was complete and had been shipped. Can't ask for better customer service than that! Thanks Bev People for going the extra mile...Just one of the reasons I have always done my shopping there.
