Dr. Rudi is a New Zealand hop developed in 1976 and was known as Super Alpha until 2012, when it was renamed. The doctor adds a lot of complexity, especially when used as a dry hop. Dr. Rudi plays well with others and fits in well with both new school hop bills and fresh takes on old world styles.

How to Use
To Calculate IBU:
IBU per Addition = [AA%] x [Ounces Hops] x [Boil Time Factor]
Add the IBU from each addition for total predicted IBU
Boil Time Factor for 5 gallon batches by time of hop addition:
