Directions: Measure 750 mL of water and heat to boiling. Slowly stir in 1 oz. Bentonite. Mix it thoroughly for about one minute in a blender. Funnel into a 750 mL wine bottle and stopper. Let the mixture stand for one day. After a day of rest, shake up the slurry and stir in 1/4 cup to five gallons of wine. Rack as usual after one to two weeks.
