Vegeterian Rennet, (60 ml. Liquid)

Vegetarian rennet is the most commonly used form of rennet. This rennet, called Marzyme, is derived from the pure culture fermentation of the organism Mucor Miehei. It should be stored at temperatures below 41F and away from direct sunlight. Use 1/4 tsp. in 1/4 cup cool water for 1 or 2 gallons of milk.
