Fresh Cheese Kit (Fresh Chevre, and Fromage Blanc)

Fresh Cheese Kit includes: Vegetarian Rennet, Calcium Chloride, 4 cheese molds, and M4001 culture for at least 5 gallons of cheese milk. Other equipment included are: ripening pan with lid and inset, 25 small wrapping papers, flavoring herbs; peppercorn and herb's de provence, slotted stainless spoon and a dial top thermometer.
