1/2 tsp. Gypsum
1/4 tsp. Calcium Chloride
1 tsp. Irish Moss
1/4 oz. Perle Hop Pellets (60 min.) 8.5 IBU
1/2 oz. Mt. Hood Hop Pellets (30 min.) 3.31 IBU
1 oz. Mt. Hood Hop Pellets (5 min.) 3.31 IBU
Water to 5 gallons
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for priming
1 pack WLP300 or #3056 Weizenbier Yeast
