Weyermann® CARAMUNICH® Type 1 is a drum-roasted caramel malt made from two-row, German barley. It contributes dark amber to copper hues, and adds a rich malt accent with notes of biscuit and an intense caramel aroma. CARAMUNICH® Type 1 also add body and improve head retention.

How to Return Goods for Refund

All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.

And I'll be using my half of the malts and the yeast on a couple of different brew days. I plan on brewing a 10 gall. batch of Munich dunkel, and a 10 gall. batch of Belgian Dark Strong ale. I'll probably make second running batches of English beers, probably milds/bitters depending on how dark. I'll use Windsor yeast on those.
