Now you can force carbonate and serve using any Sanke keg without the hassles!

Adjustable Racking Cane / Spear Specifics:

• Pass-through compression fitting allows tube height to be adjusted up or down the cane shaft.  By adjusting the spear height, you can avoid drawing from the sediment at the bottom of the keg.
• High temperature O-ring sits inside compression fitting – Prevents liquid and gas from passing through fitting
• Over-all length is 28.4" – sliding assembly adjusts to fit any size keg
• Tube is 0.5” outer diameter.

 Ball Lock Posts:

• Liquid post is located at the very top of the cane
• Use standard Ball Lock disconnects to quickly connect gas and beverage lines
• The racking cane /spear can be used to infuse liquid INTO the keg with minimum splashing, or to infuse CO2 into the BOTTOM of the keg, for bottom-up carbonation

NOT INCLUDED BUT RECOMMENDED:

A spunding valve is highly recommended in order to monitor the actual pressure inside the keg and allow for pressure relief to set your preferred PSI.
