8 lbs. Two-Row Lager Malt
2 lbs. Crystal Malt (Caramel 40)
2 lbs. Munich Malt
4 oz. Chocolate Malt
4 oz. Melanoidin Malt
4 oz. Crystal Malt (Caramel 80)
4 oz. Belgian Aromatic Malt
1 oz. Acidulated Malt
2 tsp Irish Moss
2 1/4 oz. Tettnang (FW) 11 IBU
3/4 oz. Spalt Hops (60 min.) 12 IBU
1/2 oz. Hallertau Hops (5 min.) 2 IBU
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for Priming
1 pack #2206 or WLP830 Yeast
SG. 65-68

Mash: 90 minute infusion at 158 degrees F. with 4.8 gallons water. Sparge with 5 gallons 170 degree water. Remove FW Hops prior to boil.
