How to Return Goods for Refund

All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.

These are great folks! They sent me an e-mail to let me know the status of my order while they were evacuated from the terrible fire that devastated the Coffey Park neighborhood in Santa Rosa. Amazingly thoughtful! Then, they mailed my pressing bags way before I expected them. INCREDIBLE SERVICE! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try them, as I had to press my apple cider before the bags arrived & before my husband was deployed from Colorado to help fight the CA fires. Darn. Thanks Bev Peeps.
