"Fire At Night" Porter
Porter

6 lbs. “The Beverage People” Dark Malt Extract
1 1/2 lbs. Caravienne Malt
1 lb. Medium Crystal Malt (Caramel 40)
1 lb. Light Crystal Malt (Caramel 20)
8 oz. Black Roasted Barley
4 oz. Special B Malt
4 oz. 100% Dextrin Powder
3/4 tsp. Gypsum
2 tsp. Chalk
1/4 tsp. Calcium Chloride
1 tsp. Irish Moss
4/5 oz. Centennial Hop Pellets (60 min.) 29.12 IBU
1/2 oz. Nugget Hop Pellets (60 min.) 24.40 IBU
3/4 oz. Northern Brewer Hop Pellets (dry hopped) 4.0 IBU
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for priming
1 pack #WLP023 or #1084 Ale Yeast
All grains are mashed together for 30 minutes at 154-155 F., and then rinsed.

SG 1.050 IBU 57.45
