Used at the rate of 1-1.5 grams per gallon. Directions: To fine 5 gallons of wine, heat 1-2 cups of water, then mix in 5 - 7.5 grams of dry Sparkolloid. Simmer for 15 minutes and stir into wine. Let stand for three weeks and carefully rack away from the lees.
