The Use of Fining AgentsHome brewers can use fining agents to make beer haze-free. And besides how it looks, a lot of what causes cloudiness can also lead to staling, which is when a beer's freshness is replaced by off flavors.

By David T. - Can't ask for better customer service than that!
"Jane emailed a couple times to make sure my order was what I wanted and to tell me that a back order was expected in a couple days and should she hold the order until that was confirmed. It did come in and she let me know that the order was complete and had been shipped. Can't ask for better customer service than that! Thanks Bev People for going the extra mile...Just one of the reasons I have always done my shopping there."

By Clay S. - Biofine Clear Works Great!
"I used this with Imperial's G02 Kaiser yeast, which settles *very* slowly, at least in a strong beer I've made. The biofine got the yeast to settle (mostly?) to a dense slurry at the bottom, leaving clear beer above. A previous batch without fining had strongly-flavored sediment that did settle, given time, but kept getting stirred in when I moved the keg. It's better to get rid of it early."
