About Viniflora® Oenos 2.0 Direct Pitch Malolactic Culture

Viniflora® Oenos 2.0 is a freeze-dried, direct inoculation starter culture of Oenococcus oeni. It has an excellent all around tolerance towards pH, alcohol, temperature and SO2. Oenos 2.0 is an ideal strain to achieve a fast, clean malolactic fermentation in barrel aged wines. This sachet treats up to 66 gallons of wine.
