Basics of Beer Components and Sensory Training (MUST BE 21 YRS+)

  • BJCP Orientation - How does beer judging work, and how does it help the brewer understand about brewing
  • Tasting: tasting three beers selected for IBU and FG balance differences
  • Assign reading for next lesson: Brewing Quality Beers
