Many economy versions do not have the fittings and instead have tubing clamped directly to the copper---an extreme leak hazard for your beer which introduces a high risk of microbial contamination! You will find that we don't recommend, and don't offer to the market, such risky models of chiller. We have been building this type of chiller for decades in our shop, and selling them alongside other more expensive models, and we have found this version to be a long-tested and successful choice for every home brewer.

How to Return Goods for Refund
All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.
