This basket press, from Kegland, features a simple screw mechanism design with an extended hand shank, making it easy to operate with minimal effort. The thickened press plate and large surface area allow for a more thorough press, resulting in a higher juice yield. If presssing wine, it will press about 40-50 lbs of crushed white grapes or 75-100 lbs of fermented red wine grapes. If pressing apples, it can hold about 40 lbs of puliverized apple pulp. For optimal results, fruits must be crushed or mashed before pressing. Apples should be crushed into a fine pulp and grapes or other soft fruit must be gently crushed to break the skins before they are further processed with the basket press. How to Return Goods for Refund
All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.
