Use for rapid clarification of yeast and other haze forming particles in beer. Made with silica gel.
Store in cool, dry conditions above 41 degrees F and do not allow the product to freeze.
How to UseUsage rate:
Use 1/4 tsp (3.6 ml) to 2 Tbsp (29.5 ml) per 5 gallons. Some beer styles don't react with certain dose rates. You may have to add more to have an effect. Increase dose each day until clarification occurs.

I used this with Imperial's G02 Kaiser yeast, which settles *very* slowly, at least in a strong beer I've made. The biofine got the yeast to settle (mostly?) to a dense slurry at the bottom, leaving clear beer above. A previous batch without fining had strongly-flavored sediment that did settle, given time, but kept getting stirred in when I moved the keg. It's better to get rid of it early.
