The alkalinity of your brewing water can be determined by using HACH Water Quality Test Strips or referencing your local water report.
How to Use

Test your water for total alkalinity (ppm), divide that number by 50 and the result is the milliliters of 1N Lactic acid you would need to add per liter of water for alkalinity to be neutralized.

How to Return Goods for Refund

Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition.
