Reservations only accepted online - Use the link above to book your rental. Our staff cannot book your reservation for you. We do not create rental reservations in-store, by phone, or by email. They are created through our cloud-based rental platform, linked above. The rental reservations are self-serve.
Weekend Block Rentals – A weekend block rental starts at noon on Saturday and ends at noon on the following Tuesday. We do not offer one-day rentals. We do not allow rentals on Tuesdays or Fridays for maintenance.
Weekday Block Rentals – A weekday block rental starts at noon on Wednesday and ends at noon on the following Friday. We do not offer one-day rentals. We do not allow rentals on Tuesdays or Fridays for maintenance.
Cleaning/Damange Deposit - $100 cleaning deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded upon timely return of the equipment in clean condition and undamaged.
Cancellations - Refund rate will depend on the amount of notice given as follows:
2 Days (48 hours) prior to start of reservation = 100% refund of rental fee, 100% refund of deposit
1 Day (24 hours) prior to start of reservation = 75% refund of rental fee, 100% refund of deposit
2 Hours prior to start of reservation = 50% refund of rental fee, 100% refund of deposit
Less than two hours prior to start of reservation = No refund of rental fee, 100% refund of deposit
Late Charges - are applied at DOUBLE the Rental Rate if other customer rental reservations are impacted from a late return. Otherwise, standard rental rates will be applied.
