"McMurphy's Own" Irish Stout

6 lbs. "The Beverage People" Dark Dried Malt Extract
1 lb. Black Roast Barley
6 oz. Light Crystal Malt (Caramel 20)
2 oz. Extra Dark Crystal Malt (Caramel 120)
1/2 tsp. Gypsum
1/4 tsp. Calcium Chloride
1 1/2 tsp. Chalk
1 tsp. Irish Moss
1 oz. Willamette Hop Pellets (60 min.) 21.20 IBU
1/4 oz. Columbus Hop Pellets (60 min.) 12.00 IBU
1 1/4 oz. Kent Golding Hop Pellets (5 min.) 5.26 IBU
Water to 5 gallons
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for priming
1 pack #WLP002, #1084, or #1098 Ale Yeast

SG 1.055-58 IBU 38.46

All grains are mashed together for 60 minutes at 155 F., and then rinsed.
