These cheesemaking kits are NOT single batch kits. They will make multiple batches before additional ingredients are needed. The Festival Chevre, Festival Fromage Blanc and 30 Minute Mozzarella Kits are stand alone kits. For others, start with the Universal Base Kit and add a Specialty Kit of your choice.
