1 tsp Irish Moss
1 oz. Spalt Hops (60 min. boil) 13 IBU
3/4 oz. Hallertauer Hops (30 min. boil) 4.62 IBU
3/4 cup Corn Sugar for Priming
1 pack #1056 Ale Yeast

White Wheat Malt - 2.5L - 1 lb.
Average rating:
Color similar to a High Color (2.5 - 4.0L) pale malt. Wheat malt contributes foam stabilization and more mouthfeel without added sweetness.
Belgian Pilsener Malt - 1.5L - 1 lb.

Very low color (1.5 L) base malt complimented by a delicate biscuity flavor and aroma.
WEYERMANN German Munich Malt - 5.1 - 7.0L - 1 lb.
Average rating:
Amber color (5.1 - 7.0L) lager malt that produces full body and smooth mouthfeel with strong maltiness and rich aromas of light caramel, honey, and bread. OK to use for up to 100% of malt bill.
