Hello Winemakers,

This is an opportunity to participate in our "Private Instruction" lessons with a small group at a fraction of the usual private rate.  By joining in with a limited size group, the fee per lesson is only $15, and the content of the instruction remains the same.

Our instructors can combine one-on-one support, with deep knowledge of the products available in the supply chain and the support of The Beverage People---a company that goes back to 1980, essentially the beginning of legal homebrewing in California.

This is Lesson 7 of our 11 lesson instructional series on Winemaking.  You can view the full lesson plan content here.
