  • About: Moutere is a New Zealand bred hop that was developed at New Zealands Plant and Food Research and released in 2015. The aromatic oil content is moderately high with characteristics of intense fruit with elements of grapefruit, light tropical fruit and passionfruit, citrus and resinous pine. Moutere also delivers very high high alpha acid content with low cohumulone, making for high bittering potential with low potential for astringency. This is a true dual purpose hop that will be excellent for both bittering and aromatic use.
