Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.

Everything perfect. Took me a double take to realize the basic yeast was in the cooler - I had thought only the malo needed to be in the cooler. Maybe a note on the order page that yeast will be in the cooler?
I know there was a sticker on the pickup sack that said to check cooler but I did not know I needed to.
