This one-session Beginning Brewing Class course will cover the basics of brewing, recipe formulation, and fermentation. Your instructor will demonstrate brewing a 5-gallon all-grain batch of ale using a Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil mash and cover recipe design, brewing math, and sanitation. Each student will get a copy of Brewing Quality Beers by Byron Burch.
