When used with the sanitary inner liner bags, time spent cleaning and sanitizing can be dramatically reduced. The ergonomic handles increase handling safety over traditional glass carboys. The dual barrier of HDPE plastic combined with the inner liner decrease the oxygen transfer in comparison to standard bucket fermentors.
