4 oz, Rhone L2226, Wine Yeast. Used for Rhone Varietals, Merlot, Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Barbera, Cabernet Franc. This yeast is alcohol tolerant up to 16-17% and is highly recommended for high Brix reds. It is characterized by aromas of black cherry, berry and cherry cola in red wines. It can be used to restart a stuck or sluggish fermentation.
How to Use

USAGE RATE IS 1-2 GRAMS PER GALLON OF JUICE/MUST.

All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.
