Potassium Polyaspartate - 2 oz - Zenith Uno

Potassium polyaspartate is highly effective at chill-proofing wine before bottling. Regarding tartrate stabilization, its performance is similar to that of metatartaric acid but offers greater duration of stability. Zenith Uno is a polyasparate solution prepared with sulfur dioxide.

It is recommended to treat with bentonite before potassium polyaspartate to clairfy and protein stabilize the wine as well.

How to Use
Use Polyaspartate at a rate of 4 ml per gallon. This 2 oz bottle can treat up to 15 gallons. It must be used in wines that have already been clarified, protein stabilized, filtered as necessary and are ready for bottling.

How to Return Goods for Refund

All our supplies are guaranteed for one year. Request for refunds occurring more than 30 days after the date of purchase on non-defective goods may be granted as a store credit if the goods are returned in their original condition. Yeast is perishable and should be refrigerated on arrival. No refunds are allowed on sales of living organisms such as yeast and bacteria.
