Hello Cidermakers,

This is an opportunity to participate in our "Private Instruction" lessons with a small group at a fraction of the usual private rate.  By joining in with a limited size group, the fee per lesson is only $10, and the content of the instruction remains the same.

We offer this group lesson as an introduction to our Private Lesson plan. By making our staff available to you for private instruction, we hope this will allow our hobbyists to go far beyond the content and skills developed in a single group class.

Our instructors can combine one-on-one support, with deep knowledge of the products available in the supply chain and the support of The Beverage People---a company that goes back to 1980, essentially the beginning of legal homebrewing in California.

This is Lesson 1 of our 10 lesson instructional series on Cidermaking.  You can view the full lesson plan content here.
