Of the great Old World beers, pilsner is actually one of the youngest, dating only to about 1842. Enjoyed with some variations the world over, our recipe for this classic beer reflects the golden color, rich body, and fragrant hops characteristic of the original. Very refreshing. Also consider enrollment in one of our Upcoming Brewing Classes where we'll help take those brewing skills to the next level.

Should have known better than to try a lager. Every thing else went smoothly except the temperature issues with layering w/o a fermentation chamber.
