2 DCU size - Manufactured by Danisco in France. This cheese starter culture is composed of Lactococcus Lactis, Lactococcus Cremoris, Streptococcus Thermophilus, and Lactococcus Bulgaricus. Acidification rate is very high. Recommended for use in feta cheese.
